Its been a while since i didn't update anything . i would like to share something that would be beneficial for us. Its about how are we manage our drinking habits. too much consuming also can be harmful . So i considered myself wise enough to not go beyond my own drinking limits.

my very first tips was
1 liter water divided by per 25 kilogram (weight) per day
as simple as 1kg / 25 kg(weight ) / day.

- In general, for a normal vegetarian or those who consume fruit as their important meal, 4 to 6 considered enough, but for those who doesn't eat veges and fruit at all, consuming water up to 6 to 8 glasses a day should be optimum.
- this simple but useful method ought be followed in order to not exceeded amount of water that advised to be consumed ;
